The Cebu–Mactan Fourth Bridge is a planned major express bridge that will connect Mandaue City and Lapu-Lapu City, designed to reduce congestion on existing Cebu–Mactan crossings and improve mobility across the northern corridor.It is part of a larger transport improvement package supported by Japan International Cooperation Agency in coordination with the Philippine government.
